Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Helps develop and maintain age-appropriate curriculum for students/children
- Accepts responsibility for managing and nurturing children of all ages served according to the DCFS License approved for the Preschool Center
- Maintains effective parent communication skills
- Serves as role model to children and prepares them for future educational opportunities
- Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and education experiences in support of children's educational progress
- Understanding of hands-on, developmentally appropriate practices
