Job Summary: As a Sales Coordinator at Rivers Connect, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process for our broadband materials. You will assist in the preparation of sales quotes, manage customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, and provide administrative support to ensure that sales targets are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing sales quotes, contracts, and order forms.
- Customer Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, assist with order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Coordinate order processing from initial request through to delivery, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in generating and maintaining sales reports, tracking order statuses, and updating CRM systems with sales data.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for customer orders and assist with product availability inquiries.
- Documentation: Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, email communications, and other paperwork, ensuring all records are accurate and filed properly.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Market Research: Support the sales team by researching potential customers and competitors within the broadband industry.
- Sales Events and Promotions: Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, or product launches to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role, preferably in the broadband or technology distribution sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge or interest in broadband technologies and materials is highly desirable.
