Job description: RV Ranger uses their attention to detail to keep a pristine environment for our guests.
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record to operate company vehicle.
Must pass drug testing.
General Responsibilities:
1. Personally participate in all ground’s activities.
2. This is a resort and attention to detail is critical
3. Be able to check guest into our computer system
4. Greet guest and give information. Be able to sell resort to potential customers.
5. Be able to work with others
Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
1. Requires prolonged standing.
2. Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.
3. Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching.
4. Requires climbing and balancing.
5. Must work indoors and outdoors year-round.
6. Must work in and around dust, fumes, and odors.
7. Must be able to drive a mechanical vehicle.
8. Must be able to work in high places.
9. Willing to work different shifts
OFFICE Requirements:
1. Possess computer skills in various areas, like: email, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Experience using Camp Spot is a plus.
2. Possess general office skills
- filing, photocopying, scanning
- posting outgoing mails, and distributing and sorting incoming mails
- Answering phone calls and answer customer related questions
- Maintaining files
- Sorting packages and putting in computer system
- Sort mail and put in mail boxes
Park Operations requirements:
1.Lead RV's to sites, locating them properly within individual site areas. Assist guest with electrical, cable and septic as needed.
2. Check transient sites daily for departures, remove trash from recently vacated transient sites. rake leaves.
3. Check all sites for issues or problems(ie. water, sewer, electrical) if unable to resolve then let supervisor know.
4. Handle guest and resident questions and complaints directly or refer them to appropriate person. Be able to think on your feet and problem solve issues as they occur to ensure Resort runs smoothly.
5. Performs minor repairs to building fixtures and equipment.
6. Cleans restrooms, shower rooms, laundry room, pool room, library and common areas.
7. Set up and prepare rooms or outside areas for special events and needs.
8. Assist in events.
9. Performs minor repairs to building fixtures and equipment.
10. Pick up paper and other debris from grounds and buildings.
11. Assure security of buildings and grounds during assigned times.
12. Routinely check resort amenties (ie:pools, restrooms) for unregistered guest
13. Must be able to complete tasks expressed in the job description and be willing to participate in other activities as deemed necessary.
14. Work in Satellite office, which is a small space.
15. Be able to test pool and maintain pool quality.
16. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
17. Clean office areas and windows. Clean outside office areas to keep a clean entrance.
18. Maintain rules of park. Let guests know if they are violating rules of the park.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
