```Responsibilities:```

• Lead a maintenance team in servicing commercial properties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and performing general landscape maintenance tasks.
• Drive a truck and trailer to transport equipment and crew to various job sites.
• Operate brand new mowers and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality results.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet maintenance goals and deadlines.
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job.

```Requirements:```

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive and operate a truck and trailer safely.
• Proficiency in operating commercial mowers and landscape maintenance equipment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
