What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while assisting customers with rentals, purchases, repairs, and general questions. This position offers a variety of tasks — no two days are exactly the same!
Your Day Might Include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with product recommendations and rental needs
- Processing sales and rental transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Helping resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Promoting special offers, services, and rental equipment
- Filling propane tanks (we’ll train you!) and helping maintain inventory
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn about equipment, tools, and safety procedures
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems (we’ll train you!)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help others
- Ability to lift, move, and handle light physical tasks when needed
