Are you hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to make an impact every day? The Rivers Family of Companies is hiring a Yard, Delivery and Landscape Team Member to support our operations through equipment delivery, yard maintenance, and exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
Equipment Handling & Delivery
- Load, unload, and secure equipment for safe transport
- Operate forklifts and other loading machinery
- Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
Yard Maintenance
- Perform mowing, irrigation, and landscaping tasks
- Handle seasonal work such as leaf removal
- Maintain and repair yard tools and machinery
Delivery Operations
- Drive company delivery vehicles and manage delivery routes
- Navigate diverse road and weather conditions
- Comply with road safety regulations at all times
Customer Service
- Demonstrate equipment to customers
- Address customer needs with professionalism and care
- Communicate clearly and positively
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, yard work, or equipment delivery preferred
- Familiarity with tools like mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Valid driver’s license (CDL or commercial driving experience is a plus)
- Physically able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
