What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Riverside Animal Hospital?
Riverside Animal Hospital is looking to fill a position within our passionate team of individuals!
We are currently seeking a full time receptionist to assist with several aspects throughout our practice while maintaining excellent patient and client care.
Task include but are not limited to:
Client communication
Answering practice phone calls and routing appropriately
Scheduling appointments and procedures
Greeting owners and checking in patients
Work closely with our veterinary team to understand and provide support for veterinary practice logistics.
This position is for a 4 day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and rotating weekends (Saturday 8am-12:00 pm). Sundays 5:00-5:30.
