Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner Intern will be responsible for the following:
* Ensuring a highly engaged work environment that meets all employment laws at all times
* Coaching and education of management on employment laws and best practices
* Prompt review and resolution of employee concerns
* Oversight of all HR administrative processes, including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data entry, personnel files, and record retention
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources generalist responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems
