Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle cash transactions precisely and follow established cash-handling procedures.
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions through accurate data entry.
- Work closely with teammates to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives by suggesting additional products or services that align with customer needs.
- Consistently follow company policies while delivering excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage.
- Previous customer service or client support experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working with insurance companies.
- Confident with cash handling and meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to think quickly, solve problems effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with data entry and basic computer tasks.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
