Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dependable Customer Service Representative to become the face of our customer support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle cash transactions precisely and follow established cash-handling procedures.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions through accurate data entry.
  • Work closely with teammates to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales initiatives by suggesting additional products or services that align with customer needs.
  • Consistently follow company policies while delivering excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage.
  • Previous customer service or client support experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with insurance companies.
  • Confident with cash handling and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to think quickly, solve problems effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with data entry and basic computer tasks.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
