Clinician - All Ages - Lynnfield Outpatient
Come work for Riverside in our Behavioral Health Services division! In this vital role, the Clinician - All Ages will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child, adolescent, and adults of the program.
In Addition, The Clinician Will
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer.
- Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition.
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention.
- Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers.
- Provides crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary.
Payrate
- Unlicensed Clinician - $61,800.12/salaried
- Independent Licensure - $64,890.17/salaried

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
- Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred
- One year of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise
- Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified
- Must meet all requirements to leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
Salary : $61,800 - $64,890
