Intensive Care Coordinator - Master's Level

We have an exciting opportunity for a Master's Level Intensive Care Coordinator to join our growing children's mental health program at CSA in Needham.
We are looking for a compassionate and culturally sensitive professional who thrives in a diverse and collaborative environment. We take pride in serving a culturally diverse population and value the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences of the families we support.
As a Master's Level Intensive Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive care coordination services to children and families, ensuring support is family focused and inclusive.
- Act as a liaison with various agencies and programs to establish and maintain supportive relationships for the growth of children and families. Additionally, support families with advocacy efforts.
- Identify and actively support youth and families in accessing necessary services, including educational, social, therapeutic, and other essential services from formal and informal supports, as well as community-based agencies, services, and organizations.
- Conduct initial diagnostic clinical assessments and evaluations of new clients and families, and develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with local service providers to facilitate referrals and ensure effective care coordination.
- Regularly communicate with clients, collaterals, and supportive service providers, including via phone calls, scheduling, and attendance at team meetings, to facilitate communication among various providers.
- Prepare and submit written assessments, progress notes, treatment planning, and safety planning in a timely manner.
- Participate in orientation, training in high fidelity wraparound, and ongoing supervision towards licensure.
Salary
- $33.16/hour ($68,972.80/year) for unlicensed clinicians
- $35.70/hour ($74,256/year) for independently licensed clinicians (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable, personal vehicle
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred
- Master's Degree in mental health or related human services field
- Minimum of one-year experience working with children with serious emotional disturbance
- Community-based experience strongly preferred
