SEASONAL GOLF COURSE GROUNDS WORKER

Riverside Country Club of Bozeman, MT, is looking to hire a seasonal golf course grounds worker to help our country club's golf course deliver the exceptional member & guest playing conditions we're known for. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GROUNDS WORKER

You are valuable to our grounds maintenance team as a seasonal grounds worker. You help deliver the member experience by helping to keep our greens rolling smoothly and our fairways tight. You are a can-do person who likes to stay busy, doesn't mind getting wet or dirty, and is happy to jump in and help with special projects whenever needed. You're so glad you're not stuck in a cubicle all day! You take pride in your work, mowing and raking until the golf course playing conditions are as expected at a top country club.

You are conscientious about adhering to safety standards and respecting the provided equipment. While you're self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and enjoy the camaraderie inherent in a tight-knit grounds team. You are happy to take advantage of our excellent training and may consider a turfgrass career. But whatever the future holds, for now, you enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly.

SEASONAL GOLF COURSE WORKER SCHEDULE

Typical shifts are from 5:30 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday and 5:30 am to 9:30 am Saturday through Sunday (occasionally). The start date is weather-dependent but generally starts April 1-15.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SEASONAL GOLF COURSE GROUNDS WORKER

• At least 17 years old preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform typical tasks required in a golf course environment
• Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time in outdoor conditions
• Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred
• Customer service and hospitality skills
