Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using the Club Prophet POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Process cash handling transactions efficiently, including operating the cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service while anticipating guest needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
