Drive Financial Operations Excellence:
- Oversee Private Pay accounts receivable, including billing, collections, resident trust, and Medicaid conversions.
- Analyze trends, manage variances, and implement action plans to reduce Bad Debt and optimize accounts receivable performance.

Empower and Lead Teams:
- Train, mentor, and develop facility-based business office managers and the LLH Cash Team.
- Conduct quarterly site visits, monthly AR review sessions, and create targeted performance improvement plans.

Ensure Compliance and Accuracy:
- Develop and monitor audit programs to maintain compliance with CMS/DMAS regulations.
- Audit patient trust accounts and credit balances, ensuring proper reconciliation and timely resolution.

Innovate and Streamline Processes:
- Optimize cash processes across Senior Living, Private Duty, and Riverside at Home cash and payment management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency.
- Provide Financial EMR support for Senior Living, manage system updates, and address service requests.

Champion Data-Driven Insights:
- Create AR Trend Reports, Scorecards, and Dashboards to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Lead Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
- Serve on organizational committees, contributing to strategic initiatives and cross-departmental synergy.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Health Services (Required).

Experience:
- 3–4 years in Long-Term Care (LTC) Billing and Follow-up (Required).
- 2 years of supervisory experience (Preferred).

Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) within 1 year (Required).
- Six Sigma Green Belt within 1 year (Required).
- Change Acceleration Process Training within 180 days (Required).
