We are a commercial electrical contractor in the Miami-OpaLocka area seeking an Office Manager/Accountant to join our team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, invoicing, and vendor billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Process accounts payable and receivable, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank statements. • Coordinate payroll processing, prepare invoices, and ensure timely payment of vendors.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is required.
  • A background in construction or a related field is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Cloud-based file systems and attention to detail are must-haves.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish language skills are desired.
