General Statement of Duties:
This key role is responsible for initial client contact and seeing clients through the booking process. The Sales Coordinator will be charged with securing contracts and ensuring that sales goals are consistently met. The Sales Coordinator must be an excellent communicator with the ability to understand client’s needs and communicate the vision of the Riverside EpiCenter to clients and outside organizations. This role will work closely with the Events and Technical Services departments to ensure that client needs are met with excellence in a way to support the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Acting as the primary client contact for clients who have questions about booking the Riverside EpiCenter and their contracts.
- Manage client intake process.
- Manage CRM system.
- Answer phones.
- Schedule reservations, tours, and events.
- Prepare and execute proposals and contracts.
- Take the lead on organizing the sales process.
- Communicate effectively client needs to corresponding departments to ensure for proper execution of events.
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of sales experience with specialty in cold-calling and lead executions.
