We’re looking for a marketing director with a strong business understanding and a proven track record of go-to-market strategy, product, and brand marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our go-to-market strategies, enhancing our brand, and driving business outcomes.
What you’ll do :
- Strategy Development : Translate Riverside's company objectives into a comprehensive marketing strategy across awareness, acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Brand Management : Own the overall story and perception around the brand through all customer interactions and tailored campaigns.
- Campaign Development & Execution : Lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and support teams to improve engagement and conversion metrics throughout the funnel and ensure a unified customer journey.
- Identify Revenue Opportunities : Strategize and act on revenue opportunities, such as new use cases, pricing, packaging, features, or audience segments.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Promote a culture of high achievement, continuous learning, and collaboration.
