Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal and Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing company. In this part-time role, you will work closely with the owner to manage administrative responsibilities related to the business while also assisting with household and personal tasks. Duties
- Administrative Support (Business):
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize files, maintain records, and handle routine office correspondence.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and paying vendors.
- Conduct online research, gather data, and prepare summaries as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Draft, proofread, and format documents, emails, and presentations.
Personal and Household Assistance:
- Handle personal errands such as grocery shopping, or making appointments
- Assist with basic household organization, tidiness, and occasionally light household chores.
- Manage personal calendars, reminders, and special event coordination.
- Run miscellaneous errands to support smooth daily routines.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, google sheets, and other business software.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
