New Vent Unit RN Needed
12-hour shifts available: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. A $5000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions.

- Guide respiratory therapists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Oversight of daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for ventilator-dependent residents.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

You Bring:
To this role, you'll bring:
- A valid state RN nursing license.
- Experience in respiratory care is preferred but not required.
- Leadership experience in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill, with the ability to work effectively with both.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
