Riverside Health Medical Group is currently seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon willing to deliver breast cancer surgical care across our Newport News and Williamsburg, Smithfield region.
Ideally, this candidate will offer oncoplastic techniques such as nipple-sparing mastectomy, local tissue rearrangement, and direct-to-implant reconstruction.
This new breast surgeon will join a highly coordinated and collegial team of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and plastic surgeons providing multidisciplinary breast care within the Riverside Medical Group.
The candidate must be board-eligible or board-certified in Surgery by the American Board of Surgery and must be either enrolled in or have successfully completed a breast surgical oncology fellowship program. Surgical coverage is available at two hospitals - Riverside Regional and Riverside Doctors Hospital - and at the outpatient surgery center.
