Education:

Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Experience:
2 years of long-term care experience (preferred).
Progressive management experience with demonstrated success in facility administration (preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset.
Advanced knowledge of healthcare business practices, regulations, and risk management.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Licensure: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Virginia (required upon hire).
