Receives, deposits, and accurately posts all cash for the Division. Resolves credits, reconciles cash receipts and scans back-up needed to create batches.
What You Will Do
- Receives, logs, and posts all cash received for the division.
- Resolves credits on accounts in collaboration wit the AR Team and scans backup needed to create batches.
- Processes and posts electronic payer payments.
- Batches payments for manual posting.
- Daily reconciles cash receipts, explanation of benefits (EOBs), electronic remittance advices (ERA) and deposits to the Deposit Log and subsidiary.
- Makes bank deposits electronically or in person.
- Researches and responds to routine inquiries.
- Completes assigned work queues.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
- Bachelors Degree, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (Preferred)
- 2 years customer service experience (Required)
- 1 year revenue cycle experience (Preferred)
