What You Will Do
- Handles all incoming telephone calls and transfers to the appropriate person, takes messages as needed.
- Responsible for membership information and provides/collects membership paperwork. Handles registration of all programs (massage, swim lessons, summer/winter camp, tennis, group exercise, etc.)
- Greets and checks in all members and guests as they enter and exit the facility and verifies memberships.
- Maintains knowledge of all programs and special event offerings at the wellness center to provide accurate information on classes and programs.
- Balances the cash drawer at the end of each shift and completes relevant documentation.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)
- 1 year Hospitality or related (Preferred)
- Certified Auto External Defibrillator (AED) - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
