What Will I Do?
You will support patients in the Smithfield community by living out our mission of caring for others as we care for those we love by:
- Performing initial and ongoing assessments to objectively measure patients’ progress
- Carrying out evidence-based treatments plans that engage our patients and meet their therapeutic needs
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team comprised of Nursing, Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapists to provide great care with compassion
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
- Masters Degree, Speech Language Pathology (Required)
- Recent relevant experience (Preferred)
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) (Required)
- Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
- Valid Drivers License Required
