What You’ll Do:

- Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze productivity standards and manage staffing effectively to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional service, 24/7.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
Experience:
- 1 year of RN experience (Required)
- 2 years of leadership experience (Preferred)
- Psychiatric Nursing experience (Preferred)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in nursing assessments and patient triage
- Computer savvy to manage data and reports effectively
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Virginia or compact state (Required)
- Specialty Nursing Certification (e.g., CMSRN, CCRN) (Preferred)
