Essential Duties
- Assists with the preparation of data used in research, quality improvement, and other scholarly activities conducted in the Graduate Medical Education department by providing resources to trainees.
- Assures research activities are conducted in adherence to sponsor's research protocol, state and federal regulations, and Riverside policy by participation in audits
- Completion of study forms and databases, including case report forms, accountability logs, data queries, and other study-specific documents for ongoing research studies to be submitted to study sponsors and the IRB.
- Maintains a high level of knowledge and understanding of assigned protocols.
- Monitors study payments and invoice sponsors per contract guidelines.
- Obtains background material for research projects; assist in the development of research protocols, case report forms, informed consent forms, and study questionnaires
- Schedules trainee meetings with research coordinators
- Schedules Research Review Committee meetings and takes minutes
