- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate records, processing and editing timecards, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flows.
- Leverage Epicor to streamline material handling and optimize workflows.
- Address operational challenges, implementing corrective actions to prevent errors and ensure high-quality output.
- Participate in lean initiatives, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
