What You’ll Do
As the cornerstone of our community, you’ll:
- Deliver Excellence in Resident Care: Champion quality care by implementing and evaluating systems that prioritize the well-being of our residents.
- Lead with Vision: Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where staff feel empowered to thrive.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety: Uphold regulatory standards and promote policies to protect both residents and employees.
- Build and Support a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Drive Business Success: Maintain occupancy levels and manage resources effectively to meet revenue targets and advance strategic goals.
- Collaborate for Impact: Participate in professional development and organizational initiatives to stay at the forefront of long-term care best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Experience:
2 years of long-term care experience (preferred).
Progressive management experience with demonstrated success in facility administration (preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset.
Advanced knowledge of healthcare business practices, regulations, and risk management.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Licensure: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Virginia (required upon hire).
