Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homemaker to provide essential support and care for individuals in need, particularly those with disabilities or seniors requiring assistance. The ideal candidate will possess a nurturing attitude and the ability to create a safe, clean, and supportive environment. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties

• Maintain a clean and organized living space to promote a healthy environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing personalized care plans.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with transportation needs for appointments or social outings as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in senior care, nursing homes, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Background in nursing or social work can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
