This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong background in retail sales. **Duties:** - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Handle cash transactions, operate a cash register, and manage customer payments. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front counter, showroom, and inventory areas. - Utilize our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage inventory, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks. - Assist with automotive diagnostics and repairs, including conducting test drives and providing customers with detailed information about their vehicle. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including their features and benefits. - Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right stock levels to meet customer demand. - Maintain a high level of organization, including managing multiple tasks at once and meeting tight deadlines. - Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and products, as well as any changes to our store's policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. - Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems. - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). - Ability to speak multiple languages (multilingual) is a plus. - Experience with automotive diagnostics and repair is highly valued. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. - A passion for providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
