Job Summary
The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facility and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Ensure the facility is being operated in a manor compliant with HHSC regulations.
- Oversee HVAC system maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and report on performance metrics.
Skills
- Experience with voltmeter usage for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Proven track record in maintenance management, including team leadership skills.
- Ability to fabricate components as required for repairs or replacements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with other departments.
