Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a full-time early career Modeling and Simulation Engineer to be part of team focused on evaluating new algorithms and analyst facing tools for accuracy, performance, and operational readiness using a diverse set of state-of-the-art modeling tools. This position is in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the results of new algorithms and tools using quantifiable performance metrics; identify strengths and weaknesses
- Help determine if results are realistic with respect to expected system performance; document any outliers and capture desirable tool enhancements
- Access tools against current analytical operational workflows; compare capabilities, performance, and results
- Provide on-site, technical, and in-person support to NASIC analysts.
- Other duties as assigned
