Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a Product Owner Proxy to assist in developing strategy, drafting policy, creating process, and implementing actions to support for development of analyst tool suite at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Candidates must be technically proficient and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions. Since context of this support will be classified, candidates must have a TS / SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and advice to the vision, design, and oversight of complex projects, spanning hardware and software solutions
- Using Agile methodologies, develop, implement, monitor, and close out project plans, backlogs, and sprints for IT development efforts
- Collaborate with enterprise IT architects, customers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop new enterprise level software services / technologies both on premises and in the commercial cloud
- Provide technical analysis of enterprise issues and processes and propose solutions
- Develop and communicate product vision and goals
- Produce communication materials (schedules, briefings, etc) to keep stakeholders apprised of product progress and roadblocks
- Provide introduction and familiarization on tool suite to newly hired analysts
- Advise government customer in the prioritization of activities
- Participate in planning activities such as release planning sessions and technical proposal reviews
- Assist in the creation and review of use cases, backlogs, technical documentation, project trajectories, and goals
- Other duties as assigned
