Riverside Services is hiring a Maintenance Crew Leader to manage and work alongside a team in delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance services. With a pay range of $25–$30 per hour , this seasonal full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.

Your Role in the Story

As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a team of 2–4 crew members, ensuring every job is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. From mowing and mulching to pruning and edging, you’ll lead hands-on and play a pivotal role in shaping the landscapes our clients trust us to maintain.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and lead a landscape crew, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
Perform essential landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, mulching, edging, and bed care.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and other tools needed for various applications.
Train and mentor team members, fostering growth and adherence to company standards.
Communicate with your team, supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and organized job site while following all safety protocols.
Accurately track and report materials used, hours worked, and job-related expenses.

What It Takes to Succeed

3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.

Proficiency in operating lawn and construction equipment.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees, including identification and cultural care.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

Bilingual skills are a plus.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL certification is preferred.
