What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Field Services Computer Technician, you’ll be providing onsite hardware and networking support by performing installations, moves, and repairs as needed. You’ll work in coordination with the Sales team and will be the primary point of contact and support for our customers. You will be responsible for technical assistance, follow-up services, and problem escalation. If you like traveling, working in a fast-paced environment, and have great customer service skills, this job is for you!
Requirements:What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- You enjoy the idea of traveling for work and have the ability to be on the road servicing clients up to 100% of the time.
- You have a can-do attitude and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
- You’re passionate about technology and have some printer/PC/networking experience.
- You have a sense of urgency and want to find creative solutions for our customers.
- You have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, bend, stoop, and climb.
- You have a valid driver’s license and an exceptional driving record.
- You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
