Summary
The central mission of the Director of Sales is to increase revenue by acquiring new business from a regiuonal territory in accordance with specific set sales goals. Goals will be both quarterly, and annual. The production will come by executing against RTI’s and TLI’s defined sales process to open new accounts and develop a subsequent strategy for ongoing growth and development of accounts with RTI and TLI Account Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Actively and continually prospect and maintain growing sales funnel using Company sales methods including cold calling
- Understand and execute the sales process to open new accounts
- Maintain a portfolio of growing accounts by working with Account Manager team to develop business continuity strategy and excellent customer engagement.
- Concentrate on onboarding medium to large customers that have an immediate impact on our company’s bottom line
- Meet or exceed growth goals and quota set by CCO or another leader
- Negotiate pricing and contracting agreements
- Electronically track and maintain leads and contacts using CRM software
- Participate in Company training for skill and competency growth
- Display a strong ability to multi-task
- Represent the companies mission and values
- Maintain positive attitude and can-do spirit

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in Asset based sales.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer skills and MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
