Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, using standardized assessment tools and making recommendations for care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient response and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- 5 years recent ICU RN experience in an acute care facility.
- Conscious Sedation experience.
