Assesses patients on admission considering physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs
Establishes and updates a plan of care based on patient assessments
Administers medications and documents effectiveness and side effects
Educates patients and families based on assessed needs
Participates in multidisciplinary care planning and follows hospital policies
Job Requirements
BLS certification required
NICU experience required
California RN license required
PRN license required
Schedule Information
36 hours per week
Night shifts preferred
