Position Description : This Crew Lead role is pivotal in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance services characterized by high-end standards. This position involves overseeing meticulous landscaping tasks such as mulching, pruning, edging, leaf vaccuum support, seasonal color and other specialty landscape items upon request. The Lead will operate a variety of equipment, inculuding but not limited to a Class b truck with large bark blower, must provide guidance to a crew of 2-4 employees, and ensure that every job is performed with the utmost care and professionalism, all while maintaining a safe working environment.
Reports To : Enhancement / specialty field operations manager
Skill Set and Educational Requirements :
familiarity with landscape maintenance tasks and HIGH-QUALITY service expectations.
POSSESES A VALID CLASS B DRIVERS LICENSE AND MUST BE INSURABLE ON THE COMPANY’S INSURANCE POLICY.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate personnel.
Excellent communication skills to convey production goals and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors, and crew members.
Proven experience in training staff to uphold the highest standards of maintenance and service excellence.
Capability to monitor tools and equipment for maintenance needs, ensuring top performance.

Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage the landscape crew to ensure each member delivers THE SERVICE that meets luxury client expectations.
Provide thorough training for all crew members on high-end service protocols and designated job assignments.
Conduct comprehensive job site safety briefings, reinforcing the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and best practices.
Instruct crew members on stringent job site security procedures to protect client properties and maintain trust.
Guarantee maintenance work complies with industry standards and the company's commitment to premium service quality.
Uphold all safety rules and company policies, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
Actively participate in safety training and encourage ongoing improvement in job safety skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end landscape maintenance.
U.S. work authorization; security clearance may be required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
Seasonal full-time position with varying hours from Monday through Saturday, with mandatory overtime as needed.

Compensation : Salary range of $28-35 per hour.
