REPORTS TO : Estate Landscape Care Field Operations Manager

Qualifications : Required :

Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-end residential landscape maintenance
High energy and self-motivation with a focus on delivering luxury "White Glove" service
Valid driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
U.S. work authorization; security clearance may be required
Proficiency in operating a range of lawn equipment
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Extensive knowledge of luxury landscaping applications and practices
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Professional appearance with a commitment to punctuality and reliability

Preferred :

Bilingual skills (advantageous but not required)

Experience in training staff and managing a team in a luxury service environment
