We are a local Craft Brewery/Restaurant with a Tiki bar in Eagle River, WI offering excellent food, great in house Craft Beer, and one of the largest whiskey/bourbon selections in Northern Wisconsin. We are searching for servers and wait staff to join our team working in a fast paced environment with an emphasis to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process orders accurately using our POS system. (Toast)
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to expedite timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve guest issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to become proficient in using our POS system. (Toast)
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
