We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist at our Building Materials location in Moline, IL, where this position will provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to business and residential customers alike. What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers in person, by phone, and via email.
- Accurately process transactions, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
- Communicate proactively with customers and vendors via email to ensure seamless project coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom that showcases our product offerings.
- Manage inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Organize daily cash flow records and process invoices efficiently
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist the team and business operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong math and organizational skills to process orders efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
