PSYCHOTHERAPISTS (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD,) 1099 Independent Contractor positions

Riverstone Mental Health Collective is a growing private practice in Mount Kisco, NY. We are looking for a group of passionate clinicians dedicated to serving individuals and families in the Northern Westchester County area. Our clientele struggle with a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Our clinicians will provide strengths based, personalized, individual and family therapy, and collaborate with the other therapists in the practice toward a more comprehensive family support.

At Riverstone, we understand that from the perspective of the family unit, whatever that might look like, mental health challenges affect everyone in the family, not just one person. By providing support to the entire family, they are better equipped to heal as a unit, increasing strength and resilience. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and supportive mental health care to adults, children, adolescents and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, social issues, mood issues and parenting difficulties, among others.

Riverstone Mental Health Collective is looking for licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) with 2 or more years’ experience providing clinical services directly to adults, children, adolescents, and their families. Ideal candidates will be compassionate, flexible, creative, team players, and dedicated to serving the mission at Riverstone. Applicants will have a strong commitment to the highest quality of clinical care, an understanding of attachment theory, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently, and collaboratively with the team of therapists at Riverstone.

Qualifications & Requirements Include:

-LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD licensed in the state of NY

-2 years direct practice, clinical experience

-Demonstrate a strong mastery in understanding psychopathology

-Illustrate a thorough understanding of attachment theory

-Exhibit the ability to develop positive relationships with clientele: families, children, adolescents, and adult individuals alike

-Carry individual malpractice insurance policy ($1,000,000/$3,000,000 aggregate)

-Coordination with team of therapists

-Use of electronic practice management software (EMR)

-Timely completion of required clinical documentation

-Evening and/or weekend hours may be needed depending on individual clients
