Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as a Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative. In this career, you will be responsible for generating new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods or other networking methods of your choosing, identifying potential clients in need of roofing services, and effectively presenting our roofing solutions. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with homeowners and providing exceptional service to convert door knocks into sales. You will play a vital role in helping homeowners protect and enhance their properties. Whether you’re experienced or brand-new to the industry, we are committed to providing the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Meetings:
- Attend engaging virtual or in-person meetings at our office in Fairview, TX, Monday-Friday to connect, train, and strategize with your team.
Canvassing:
- Travel door-to-door within assigned neighborhoods to introduce the company and yourself.
- Collect customer information and perform roof and property inspections.
Follow-Up & Customer Relationship Management:
- Follow up with personal leads to nurture relationships and secure appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct face-to-face inspection findings and educate homeowners on storm damage.
- Answer questions, address objections, and explain insurance processes.
- Assist in the completion of necessary paperwork, including contracts
Schedule:
- Work 25-40 hours per week, including 4-9 hours on Weekends.
- 1099 Independent Contact
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. The ability to speak English is essential for this role to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
