Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Specialist to help us grow our door-to-door sales team and support our mission of providing excellent service to our customers.
The Opportunity:
Are you a people person who thrives on meeting goals? Do you enjoy connecting with others and helping them find the right opportunity? In this role, you will play a key part in recruiting and onboarding 30-40 new hires per month for our door-to-door sales team. While this may sound ambitious, you’ll have the tools, support, and autonomy to make it achievable and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Find talented individuals through online job sites, social media platforms, in-person networking, job fairs, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Interview Scheduling: Efficiently organize and manage interview schedules to ensure a productive hiring process, keeping in mind our unique need to bring on more recruits than traditional recruiting roles.
- Follow-Up and Support: Conduct follow-ups with candidates to nurture their journey from acceptance to their first day of training, helping them feel welcomed and supported.

- Prior experience in recruiting is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation for daily office work and to attend in-person networking events and job fairs when necessary.
