Position: Nutrition Specialist / Functional Medicine Practitioner

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a smart, caring, and experienced professional who specializes in one-on-one consultations to discover the root cause of health issues. You’ll be coaching patients through protocols for detoxification, gut health, weight loss, and overall health and well-being. This is a primarily on-site role, with some remote opportunities for virtual consults. If you’re experienced with bloodwork and urinalysis, that’s a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized nutrition and functional medicine consultations, both in-person and virtually
- Identify root causes of health challenges and create personalized wellness plans
- Guide patients through protocols focused on detoxification, gut health, weight loss, and overall health.
- Review and interpret lab work, including bloodwork and urinalysis (preferred but not required)
- Collaborate with our chiropractic team to provide holistic, integrated care
- Educate patients on nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes to support their health journey
- Track and monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Stay current on nutrition and functional medicine research and trends
Qualifications:
- Experience in one-on-one patient consultations, focusing on root cause analysis
- Familiarity with protocols for detoxification, gut health, and weight loss
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- A passion for helping people unlock their full health potential
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Functional Medicine, Dietetics, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, or Functional Medicine Practitioner (preferred)
- Experience with bloodwork and urinalysis (a plus)
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
