Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance & repair, hydraulic experience, and restaurant maintenance experience with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
• Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate leadership in maintaining safety standards and protocols within the workplace.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various equipment.
• Proficient in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with leading projects effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interaction team members.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately.
• Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Extended hours
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Nights as needed
• On call
• Weekends as needed
