Job Title: Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Entry Level Welcome
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
We are a patient-focused private dental practice offering a wide range of services, including general dentistry, All-on-4 implants, full mouth rehabilitation, IV sedation, veneers, wisdom tooth extraction, 3D printing, and implant-supported dentures. Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, warm, and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and ensure our patients receive a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our team and patients through exceptional service and efficient administrative coordination.
While prior experience in a dental front desk role is preferred, we also welcome entry-level applicants who bring a positive attitude, a desire to grow, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Presenting treatment plans to patients
- Creating and customizing financial arrangements
- Verifying dental insurance benefits
- Posting payments and following up on unpaid insurance claims
- Efficiently scheduling patient appointments to meet daily goals
- Answering phone calls and managing front desk duties
Qualifications
- Experience in a dental office front desk role
- Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and dental/medical terminology
- Ability to handle patient records and provide administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
