Job Summary
Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. The Site Manager will ensure that the site runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. They will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the facility, and ensuring that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services in a safe and supportive environment.
Essential Functions
Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. The Site Manager will ensure that the site runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. They will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the facility, and ensuring that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services in a safe and supportive environment.
Essential Functions
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, and overall site functionality.
- Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and support clinical and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Client Services: Ensure that clients receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care. Address client concerns and resolve issues related to service delivery.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained. Coordinate with maintenance personnel and contractors as needed for repairs and improvements.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies, including health and safety standards.
- Budget Management: Assist with site budget development and management, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service quality, implement corrective actions as needed, and continuously improve site performance.
- Inventory Control: Maintain and monitor inventory of necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Director of Operations regarding site performance, staffing, and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in facility or site management, ideally within the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, including hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
