What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Assistant Manager position at Riverview Assisted Living?

You need to be a positive, flexible, team player with customer service background & business office experience. We operate 24/7 meeting the needs of our team, our residents & their families. You will need to be available some evenings & some weekend days or evenings. We are Juneau proud! Here are a few items to describe the position:
- Process weekly accounts payable & receivables invoices
- Prepare/Process payroll twice per month
- Prepare daily/weekly bank deposits
- Maintain accuracy of daily community resident rent roll
- Prepare monthly billing spreadsheet
- Provide positive customer care to residents & or resident family members
- Provide positive customer care to team members
- Provide prompt, courteous communication regarding past due accounts
- Preparation of new residents’ move-in paperwork, resident status changes
- Prepare monthly expenditure spend-down reports for departments
- Support month-end closing accounting, expenditure, payroll procedures
- Analyze monthly operations statements for Executive Director & leadership team
- Assist with HR Duties, ensure personnel files within state, city, county
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
